    又到周末啦！

    今天作了一早上试验，什么结果都没有，狂FT! 前天跟老板说了，Elisa一抗用recycle的不好使，她竟然不信！还掏出她曾经用过的一抗，秀给我说：“你看，我以前就用的！“我一瞄日期，我靠，04年1月份的！用她陪葬吧！
    不过，老板说可以用，欧怎么也得给她个面子，就让她死一回吧！可不就死了。。。安息吧！
    回想大前天，告诉老板标准蛋白用完了，叫她去买一些新的来！ 老板琢磨了半天，不知从哪里拣了一管标准蛋白来，还特意给我秀了秀日期，说是今年底才过期。结果，我做出来的结果是我的样品都阳性了，标准蛋白全阴。这家伙，4度冰箱里放了一年半了，还能好使吗？
    这不是浪费我时间吗？不过，话又说回来，不用用，怎么知道他还好不好使？白白丢了，总归是好可惜的！
    都是没钱惹的祸啊！
